Day Two

Tuesday 7-10-07

Morning weight: 210

Food:
Breakfast - PB Cereal, Apple
Lunch - Mac 'n Cheese, Mandarin oranges fruit cup, Peaches fruit cup
Dinner - Pasta w/ Alfredo in a packet, one hamburger bun w/ butter and garlic salt
Snacks -
Desert - 1/4 Hershy bar

Exercise:
Rowing Machine - 15 mins in the morning

Evening weight: I'm a slacker and didn't get it cause I was in bed when I remembered.
