Morning weight: 210

Food:
Breakfast - PB cereal, apple
Lunch - Mac 'n Cheese, mandarin orange fruit cup
Snacks - Cake, Banana
Diner - Pasta w/ red sauce, 3 hamburger bun halves w/ butter and garlic salt
Desert - Ice Cream w/ cocoa powder

Exercise:
Rowing machine - 15 mins

Evening weight: 212
