Stress level - Only slightly dwelling on the feeling of impending doom.
Amend that, impending doom starting to weight heavily.
Really is just like being trapped in a roller coaster.
No I think I hit it on the head, it's like I can see the solution to every problem I have ever had and I can't cross that last millimeter to get there.
Calmed and ready for bed, only a little impending doom remaining
Morning weight: 208
Food:
Breakfast - PB Cereal, 1 med Banana
Lunch - Vegetarian Lasagna, Mandarin Oranges fruit cup, Peaches fruit cup, med banana
Dinner - Red Beans and Rice w/peppers
Snacks - Peanuts one handfull, med banana
Desert - 1 Hershey's chocolate bar, ice cream w/ cocoa powder
Exercise:
Rowing Machine - 15 mins in the morning
Walking - 15 mins 2 pm ish
Evening weight: 210
