Day Eight

Monday 7-16-07
Tip of the day - Exercise produces the same biochemical response as several anti-depressants, so get up off yer butt if you're feeling blue!

Stress level - Griffen said Dada and the world is starting to be kind enough to present me with opportunities!

Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch - Mandarin Oranges, Red Beans and Rice
Dinner - PB & J, fried zucchini
Snacks - peanuts
Desert -

Exercise:
Rowing Machine - 15 mins in the morning
Steps - 4314
