Day Ten

Wednesday 7-18-07
Tip of the day - When you wake up feeling like you should take a day off, take the day off. Just don't take too many off in a row.

Interesting info learned today - The Mammalian reflex is what allows young children (less than a year of age) to swim underwater and not drown. The closer they are to 1 year of age the more likely they are to drown so don't get to risky with it.

Stress level - Too sleepy to be stressed

Morning weight: 208

Food:
Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch - Chicken breast, potatoes, red beans and rice, cupcake
Dinner - Pasta w/ Alfredo, mini cupcake
Snacks -
Desert - PB & J and a mini cupcake

Exercise:
Rowing Machine - 15 mins in the morning
Walking - 15 mins 10 am
Steps - 7820
