Stress level - Griffen up WAY too late and consequently so were we. So I slept more and came in to work late.

Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - PB & J
Dinner - Red Beans and Rice, Strawberries
Snacks - Popcorn, banana, cup cakes Happy birthday Phil!
