Tip of the day - Take a few minutes and remember one of your short term goals and decide what the very next step to that goal is. The big picture is nice, but not always important.
Stress level - A bit too tired to be optimistic.
Minor headache and food cravings galore.
Morning weight: 210 right out of bed 208 after exercise
Food:
Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch - Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Corn on the cob
Dinner - Quesadillas, potatoes, corn on the cob
Snacks - one quarters' worth of reeses' pieces from the charity vending machine, PB & J, and Cup cakes
Desert - Ice cream w/ cherries and a cupcake
Exercise:
Rowing Machine - 15 mins in the morning
Walking - 15 mins 10 am
